From the very first time I saw you skate, I knew that you were special... you have a very rare quality on the ice, one that draws me in and for those few moments, I forget everything around me. You are absolutely breathtaking.

However, watching your determination at Worlds last week revealed you to be much more than a skilled athlete and a pure artist (artiste? :)) -- you have shown that you are also a man of immense strength, character, courage and honesty. You are truly an inspiration -- I am so proud of you for pushing through and not giving up!!

We know that the past few months have been a struggle for you. I wish there was something I could say or do to take away the negativity, pain and frustration you have experienced, but I cannot. All I can do is send you love and positive thoughts, and hope that you find happiness and peace. Keep in mind that everything you are experiencing now is temporary. You will emerge from this chapter of your life stronger, wiser and better able to handle anything that life throws at you. You WILL get through this.

Your Angels believe in you and will be there through the highs as well as the lows. When life gets to be too much or if you’re simply feeling a little down, just remember that we forever have you in our hearts, sending love and support to you always.
