Dear Johhny, this is just a brief note to let you know that I was so incredibly proud of you at Worlds, and I hope all your pains will soon be gone. The trouble is that nasty words sometimes hurt more than back spasms... So for that, here's a quote from Mark Everett of "eels", who said it much better than I ever could:

Or skates, as the case may be :) We're proud of you, Johnny. You showed us the meaning of bravery.
